Basketball Training Programs Offered
Individual Training
These sessions are to evaluate the player’s weakness, and from there we will put together a program to cater to the player’s specific needs.
Defense and conditioning are part of this regimen to help the player on both sides of the ball.
Group Training
These workouts will cover all areas of the game, from ball handling, footwork, shooting, passing, defense, situational concepts such as pick and roll reads, conditioning, competitive games 1v1s to 5v5s depending on the number of participants.
Team Training
These sessions will focus on the player’s skills, and help improve strong communication abilities which most teams lack. Drills are based on whatever offense or defense they are running. Ball handling, footwork, shooting, defensive coverages, competitive games, etc.
